Melbourne Christian Aid Association (MCAA) was officially incorporated on 10 November 2023. Today, MCAA has around 70 members who come together to support and care for one another.

Our Purpose

The main purpose of MCAA is to support members and their families, especially during times of grief and loss.

When a member passes away, the Association supports the grieving family through:

• Emotional support – being present, listening and comforting the family.
• Spiritual support – praying together, sharing encouraging Bible verses and providing Christian fellowship.
• Financial support – providing financial assistance according to the Association’s rules.
• Practical support – providing and serving meals and refreshments to the grieving family and their guests for three consecutive days.

Our Future

MCAA aims to continue growing as a strong, united and caring Christian community. We want to strengthen our support for members and their families, encourage greater participation, and build an Association that will continue to serve future generations.

Our goal is simple: to stand together, care for one another, and ensure that no MCAA family faces a time of grief alo
